How to Return

Email us at support@thelorensisters.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason. We'll guide you through the rest.

Once we receive and inspect your item, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

Return Requirements

  • Item must be unused and unworn with original tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or confirmation email)
  • We may request photos before authorising the return
  • Each order is entitled to one resolution only

Items We Can't Accept Back

  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior authorisation

Orders Not Received

If your order hasn't arrived and more than 60 days have passed since your order date, contact us and we'll issue a replacement or full refund.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Contact us immediately at support@thelorensisters.com with your order number and photos. We'll make it right straight away.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel the order — it must follow the standard return process.
