Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as it's on its way.
Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery across the United States takes 5–10 business days from dispatch. Most orders arrive sooner.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use our Track Your Order page — just enter your order number and email.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbours and your local post office first. If the issue persists, email us within 7 days and we'll investigate. Confirmed lost orders receive a replacement or full refund.
